Dr. Melissa Dudley is currently in-network with the following commercial insurance plans:

*Currently not in-network with Medicaid or Child Health Plus plans
Blue Cross Blue Shield: Some plans with the BlueCard/suitcase logo may provide coverage when services are billed through the member's local Highmark plan. Coverage varies by plan, so I recommend contacting your insurance company to confirm your specific benefits.
Services & Insurance Coverage
Counseling
Individual therapy sessions may be covered by your insurance plan when Dr. Melissa Dudley is in-network with your plan. Self-pay options are also available.
Session rates: $115–$175
Psychological Evaluations
Psychological evaluations are a separate service from counseling and may have different insurance coverage, requirements, and fees. Coverage varies depending on your insurance plan and the type of evaluation.
Please contact your insurance company to confirm your specific evaluation benefits before beginning services.
Self-Pay Options
Self-pay options are available for clients who prefer not to use insurance or whose insurance plan is not accepted.
Counseling Session Rates
$115–$175
40–60-minute individual sessions
Your specific session rate will be discussed with you before beginning services.
Limited sliding-scale appointments may be available for clients experiencing financial barriers. Availability is limited and discussed individually.
Payment Information
When Payment is Due
Payment for self-pay services is due at the time of service.
Payment Methods
Payment may be made by credit card, debit card or HSA/FSA card through a secure online payment system. For clients using insurance, any applicable copay, coinsurance, or deductible is the client's responsibility.
Insurance Billing
For in-network services, insurance is billed according to your plan's benefits. Any applicable copay, coinsurance, or deductible is due at the time of service.
